FIXD creates fragrances inspired by some of the world’s most loved scents. Our goal is to capture the character and experience of those fragrances while producing them independently using our own materials, formulation, and production process. FIXD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer or niche fragrance brand.

Why are your perfumes more affordable than luxury brands?

Luxury fragrance pricing often includes marketing campaigns, retail markups, and brand licensing. At FIXD, we focus primarily on the quality of the fragrance itself, while keeping packaging and distribution efficient. This allows us to offer premium performance at a more accessible price.

How long do FIXD perfumes last?

Longevity depends on the fragrance composition, skin chemistry, and environment. Most FIXD fragrances are designed to last 6–10 hours on skin and significantly longer on clothing. For best performance, apply on pulse points such as the neck, wrists, and behind the ears.

Do FIXD perfumes smell exactly like the original fragrance?

Inspired fragrances aim to recreate the experience and character of a scent rather than replicate it molecule-for-molecule. While many customers find the similarity impressive, subtle differences can occur due to formulation, ingredients, and personal perception.

How should I store my fragrance?

To maintain quality, keep your fragrance away from direct sunlight, at room temperature, and in a dry environment. Extreme heat or light can affect the scent over time.

What sizes are available?

Every fragrance comes in a 60ML full bottle and a 5ML trial size, so you can try a scent before committing to the full bottle.

How long does shipping take in Egypt?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 1–3 business days within Cairo and Giza, and 2–5 business days for other governorates.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders above 1,500 EGP ship free across Egypt. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated and clearly shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange a fragrance?

Yes. Under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018, you can request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery, e-wallets, and cards (Mastercard, Visa, and Apple Pay) at checkout. All card and e-wallet payments are processed securely.
